ROBERTS, Justice. The plaintiff Mayme DeFeo, one of the appellees here, slipped on a string bean and fell, while shopping in defendant's self-service grocery store. Thereupon Mrs. DeFeo and her husband filed suit to recover their respective damages for the injuries sustained by Mrs. DeFeo. Verdict was for the plaintiffs, and the defendant has appealed from the judgment entered by the court below.
